Your standard Harvey Norman's with great stock, friend helpful staff. On this visit they didn't have what I needed but we're willing to order it online for me.

After being very disappointed at Noel Leeming (again!!) I went back to Harvey Norman Rotorua (Computer department) where I ALWAYS get excellent service from both Livin and William. Livin, you were a life saver today and I will forever be grateful for the good service we received from you. It is always so nice to walk in there and know you will be acknowledged quickly. We always need help as we know so little about technology, and both Livin and William is always there to assist us honestly and with a huge smile! Thank you for this!
