*Update* after leaving the original 1 star review I was contacted by Harvey Norman Rotorua and sent a new doorbell camera that works well and the process was a breeze after that *nnBrought a Eufy doorbell camera a few weeks ago that has several faults , they past me around different phone technicians that couldn't fix the issues then fobbed me off to the Eufy supplier who said that Harvey Norman has to deal with my camera defect repair , replace, or refundas they are the retailer. Impossible to get any help or rectify any issues and they wont send any one out to repair the issues unless I pay for it ‍‍ They are not meeting their Consumer Guarantees obligations on any level. Would never shop there again, Temu has better cusomer service
Purchased a Lenovo Laptop with a Premium Computer setup.nRangi exceeded my expectations in setting it all up. His after service is excellent! He is very knowledgeable, competent and a pleasure to deal with. I can recommend him highly.
