I am very impressed with the overall service of this store! I ordered an on sale laptop from them online $200 off original price, received the product in two days. Delivery person was super friendly and efficient and walked up to top level of my apartment for me as I have had foot surgery. I received a complimentary virus protection software valued at over $100 and three $10 gift cards with my laptop. When I called the store to activate the gift cards, they answered immediately and were extremely friendly and efficient. Wow I am honestly amazed at this superb service and I will definitely be supporting them again!
Love shopping here. Always clean and tidy. The helpful staff are always friendly and polite. They're well trained in their field of expertise so you know you are always getting up to date and correct advice. Highly recommended.
The sales person was forcing us to buy the sofa even if we said we were not going to buy anything that day. When we tried walking away she would say she'll call a warehouse person to get a discount for us when in fact I know nobody else was on the other line. Horrible experience. Was there for 3 hours basically she was begging us to buy it. Would never go back and felt so harassed. All I did was ask her a question and she wouldn't stop from there. Wouldn't stop calling my phone until I blocked her. I will never go back there.
I wouldn't have a business today if my staff treated customers like Jimmy the "sales man" treated me this week. Absolute rubbish aftersales experience after spending thousands of dollars in store. I do not recommend ever buying from Jimmy in the furniture department. When I visited today, Dion refused to engaged in any conversation. He had obviously been schooled that I had to yell down the phone to get Jimmy to stop talking two days ago .. because jimmy has no concept of customer service Jimmy has his commission, and doesn't give a rat a$$ now that he's been paid. If there was a MINUS 1 stars, I would do that .. unfortunately 1 star is as low as I can go. Completely disgusted, you guys should be ashamed.
Fantastic service yesterday along with being very helpful and calling us up later in the day to let us know there was a delay for a part to fix our bar stool.

Sales staff were great, but the delivery guys were absolutely useless. 2 attempts to install my washing machine and insisted on a new installer on the 3rd attempt. Never using this company again.
Very poor packaging for out of town postage. The box arrived as expected after a long weekend, but the notebook I ordered was rattling around in the box. I get the less use of say bubble wrap, but it could have been packed in with more cardboard to stabilize it, or even a bag to stop it knocking around? Needs to be some guidance in the packing department. Sorry my rating for you is poor because of this issue.
Always good. Just at that time didn't have what I was looking for but still 5 stars.
I bought a computer here a couple of years ago. I went in for a new power supply cord, I understand why they would not have it, due to supply issues. However, they tried to sell me 2 other products that would not have worked and probably would have damaged my computer. I can't believe this!
