I'm not angry at you, I'm just disappointed. I pre-ordered a game 4 months ago specifically so we would be able to have it on the release date. 4 days after release day and still nothing. I had friends make the same pre-order from EB games and got theirs on release day no problem, so will be going to them from now on, since they will match or beat the warehouses prices if you ask.
It was okay. The same the warehouse. But it was tidy and stocked I had a good service
Got overcharged $10 by paying $23 in cash they loaded it as $13. I am sure they must be doing this a lot as this is the 3rd time it happened to me!!!!
I went to buy a jacket and tried it infront of the mirror of the dress changing room. Unfortunately the rooms are closed, one of the staff came in and talked to me very rudely like yelling and asked me to leave from there. The staffs behavior towards the customers is very rude and inappropriate there.
Went to Fraser Cove this evening and asked a staff member Ben for assistance, this young man went out of his way to help us, excellent customer service Thankyou
Apparently if these guys don't have an item in stock, its the customers responsibility to call around other stores and ha e it transferred here for pick up. We really are bottom of the barrell for staff in NZ with this sort of customer service.
Unbelievable bad customer service from SamStore Manager at Warehouse Stationery. Never buy any electronics there as you will have to prove the product is faulty. He made us come back to the store 3 times and after making a video of the problem back home he finally accepted the product was indeed faulty. On the top of everything he dares to be ironic, when confronted about his manners. Go get another job Samuel, this one is not fitting you well.
Rough looking but it's got what ya need without traveling the entire town.
Extremely poor customer service including the store manager. I will not advise anybody to buy the item on display. I have bought the water blaster from the display and I'm definitely not happy. I mentioned it so the store manager knows exactly who posted this
Been trying to call this dump for 4 days now and havnt been answered once. I’m out of town and have questions about a product I bought and now faulty. Blame the management…. Useless
