By far the cleanest, most organized, aesthetically pleasing Kmart I've ever seen. Items are even sorted by colour in such a nice way. The staff member I met during my visit Bette was incredibly helpful and completely made my day. Great job Kmart Bayfair!
I enjoy shopping at Kmart - Bayfair. Good variety, especially loved the baby wear department. Also nice large bags suitable for any occasion.
Nice place. U can find everything what u need. And good prices. I bought one adaptor and i put in garbage my receipt. After i came to hotel and i wanted to try but my adaptor didnt suit on this adaptor and still i couldnt charge my phone. Next day i came again and i wanted to change or refund but i didnt have receipt thats why they didnt change or didnt refund. But my friend didnt put garbage receipt. He has receipt and they did refund for him. It was my fault. If i had receipt they did refund me also. People amazing friendly and helpfully.
The previous 3 visits to the store I have had the same security guy check my receipt & look at my purchases, I know that this is standard procedure however I have pulled him up on 2 of the 3 occasions as he has not asked customers before me that are exiting the store to see their receipts. He is tall in height, wears glasses and has an accent. I'm a regular visitor as my afterpay account would show the security lady that is usually there at the entry/exit or around the store helping customers has the best customer service that I have encountered anywhere in a long time, she smiles and greets everybody especially the kids and helps you out if you have a question. I believe she has been working there for at least the last few years, older lady, short, glasses, big smile and a cheerful attitude. I have rated this 4/5 gold stars simply because of this security lady, other than that I would rate it a 3/5 for the not so good experiences.

I Always enjoy shopping at Kmart Bayfair with the lowest prices for awesome items! I love it even more now that they have afterpay!
This is a favourite store for me. I love the way you can grab a trolley and stroll around all the different areas of the store. From clothes and shoes, toiletries to kitchen ware and furniture, pet care and homewares. Friendly and affordable I love it.
A nicely laid out store, clean with helpful and friendly staff.
If your looking for household stuff in New Zealand this is the place to go for high quality well made goods at reasonable prices.
Online shopping services is very bad. Email says 1-5 days but still no tracking or delivery. Rang customer service so I can change to click & collect or to cancel but they said they can't change it and cannot do anything to help. Very disappointing services.
