Customer service. What customer service? Went to Harvey Norman Waurn Ponds today 30/12/17 to buy a front loader washing machine. Found the one I was interested in and finally a salesman asked was I right. The only information he offered up was most machines are the same and that they only had 4 in stock and with that just walked off to lean against another machine and look at his phone. He wasn't interested in selling me a machine so I just walked out without buying one. This guy needs to remember without customers and sales he wouldn't have a job. Not happy

Didn't have quite what I was looking for. The prices in there seem way too expensive. Staff are nice

Sale prices on furniture not discounted by much and sales assistants don't all have good product knowledge

Went there last night to buy a new phone. The range was pretty small but they did have the particular brand we were after. There were 2 staff in that area and both of them were serving the same customer so we waited...... and waited.......and waited, obviously it took. 2 people to serve one customer and while we stood there waiting not once were we acknowledged as a customer instead they both ignored us for 10 minutes until finally we had enough and left. At this stage I would only go back if I could not purchase the product I was after somewhere else. Just not good enough......
