Nice shop and staff but didn't have my shirt which is fine.
Thank you so much for assisting me with finding a shirt and tie combo for my partner while he was in iso. It was for his mum's funeral. And he ended up loving it all so we have kept it.
I buy all my clothes from Gazman and have done for many years. I love the style and quality, many of the items are timeless, classic, versatile items with a wide variety of colours and styles to choose from. I always know I will be getting quality items when I shop here.
Sorry but have always enjoyed shopping here but the 2 staff members were so busy Talk to each other, never inquired if I needed help. Shirt was too small I had to get the next size myself and unwrapp it too. Sorry will make my purchases elsewhere, very disappointed.
A little disappointing as there was only a couple of things I was interested in and nothing in my size.
Great service, attended here to return clothing purchased from Gazman Myer which was a birthday gift. The staff was helpful and exchanged the goods without qualms. Will shop there and recommend to anyone.

We experienced such good service to the point where the sales person went onto computer to help even further. Efficient and friendly service with a smile.
I had some items delivered by Australia Post that were meant to be left in a safe place, items went missing from the safe place, unfortunately GAZMAN didn't show any sympathy or help in having the items replaced, wont buy online as they use Australia Post for delivery, properly won't shop at all with GAZMAN has left a bad customer service experience.
Wow, what an amazing, well-designed store with a beautiful range of trendy quality menswear. But the real standout is the excellent, friendly service, thank you Kate!
