Our first ever visit as local residents made us think why we had not been earlier . The food and service were very special . There was a twist of Asian influence on the mixed entre plate which we both loved. The staff were friendly and looked after us the whole evening offering advice to allow us to try new dishes . Our wines by the glass were both generous servings and of highest quality . We are sure to return soon .
A rather disappointing experience; both our dishes confit duck and beef cheeks were overcooked and quite dry. On the other hand, very friendly staff and, I assume it was dark, outstanding bay view. Would we go there again for a dinner – no, but for a bottle of wine and oysters in summer to enjoy the view – definitely yes.
Great food, excellent service and friendly engaging staff. Highly recommended. Can't complain about the view either.
