Bitter sweet. Owner is an avid Sydney Swans supporter. So glad they lost. Go doggies. And he doesnt pay his $2 bets from westcoast and swans loss years ago to a six year old boy.

Although the food and coffee are quite tasty, I won't be returning to this establishment after a very unpleasant interaction with the owner, who on more than one occasion has been both rude and condescending. A snobby attitude has made him forget the first rule in business - treat the customer with respect. When I tried to appeal to him with the notion that we share the same community he responded "this isn't my community...I don't live here." Yes, but you run a business in Sandringham and I won't be returning to Ludo's. My advice - spend your money elsewhere. There is plenty of good food & coffee around, like Lemoncello or Bay Rd Nursery.
