We are located in Hamilton Harbour precinct on Kingsford Smith Drive, Hamilton. We are brand new medical centre open for walk-in appointments.

We have experienced GPs and friendly reception staff to provide general health services with quality in care.

New patients can book in appointments for registration and meet our Nurse & Doctors for a friendly chat.

Starting soon - Allied health services for Podiatrist, Psychologist, Audiologist, Dietician & Diabetic educator.

I saw Dr Vamsi Krishna who told me he didn't think running tests for my illness would be worthwhile because I had those same tests done three years ago and "it would be a waste of taxpayer dollars" to do them again. Don't go here. The doctor I saw was negligent and rude.

Been here twice for myself and twice for my young daughter. On all occassions the reception staff have been polite and friendly.
Not sure why others have found them rude. I'm actually writing this review whilst sat in their clean, air conditioned waiting area. Every patient coming in has been politely spoken to.

Easy to get same day appointments here and they are open until 8pm most days and are open on Saturdays.

Added benefit is that they bulk bill for certain patients such as children and diabetics etc.

When I first started coming here, the doctor I saw was great. Responsive, listened, no-nonsense. Good.  But my issue was fairly simple and followups were scheduled appointments. 

I've attended twice in the last two weeks. I've had to call to get my test results twice now because they've been marked as "not abnormal".  "Not abnormal" for the tests administered means that the diagnosis given is not correct.  The first time I waited days more than necessary, expecting to get some notification that my test results had at least come back. Given that I was diagnosed with an infectious disease that the test was supposed to confirm, this is somewhat important information.

I tried to explain my frustration at the lack of communication to the receptionist, Nikita, who suggested I book an appointment to talk to the doctor. She explained that they couldn't call back for non-abnormal tests because of the high patient load. They wanted to charge another $75 (slugging the taxpayer for half) so that I could provide feedback on how they could improve their service!  I'm sorry, but I really feel that when the test contradicts the diagnosis then a call is warranted either way.  

I don't like leaving bad reviews as a first form of feedback, but there is no other mechanism for providing feedback - all contact options simply go to reception. I'll be looking elsewhere for my medical advice from now on.

All good except that reception desk young lady's attitude ... good thing is I know it's not personal because she treats almost everyone like that.
