Good value weekday lunch set menu. There are a lot of bento boxes to try, rice bowls and udon sets. I decided to have the udon set menu today which consisted a small bowl of udon the staff was nice to swap soba noodles for me and a lovely bowl of chirashi sushi bowl. $14.95

The food was amazing. Portions where huge and food was prepared in a timely manner. We had take out, so can't comment on the dining experience. But the staff seemed very friendly. I live down the road, so will be happy to go back again and again
I took take away so I can't comment on the service but the person taking my order was nice. Makis were OK, nothing special though.
This place was amazing. Always yummy food. One of the best sushi. But lately their food is not so delicious and I definitely don't recommend lunch specials as a portions are quite small and a bit tasteless. There is no love in kitchen during lunches. Staff is ok.
Hamachi-Ya is a great Japanese restaurant. You get value for money and the staff are very friendly. My husband and I particularly enjoy The Boat.
Wonderful flavours, exquisite presentation. Book within hours of the quarterly invitation to book. Take only your best foodie friends.
