I know the lady there means well. She was nice and polite, unfortunately just not knowledgeable. I asked for help to find products to tone my hair and the products didn't work. I'm pretty sure my hair is level 10 but she recommended level 8 toners. Didn't do anything to my hair. Wasteful spending.
Saffron is fabulous! So so happy with my style cut.. and Saffron made sure I was aware of maintenance required for my semi wavy hair compared to the polished pinterest photo I gave for reference. She spent a long time ensuring it was perfect and was a pleasure to converse with too. Will be returning!!
My wife went there but unfortunately, she was unsatisfied with staff manner and attitude specially Jim who looked bossy, unfriendly and unhelpful. This actually has negative impact on their skill. They charged her 89 dollars for only hair cut and blow dry actually did not ask her initially if she wants blow dry or not . She will never go back again. Hopefully this review helps them improve their customer service in future.
Saw Abby in store yesterday, just want to say a massive thanks for being so helpful and taking the time to listen to me re my past hair concerns, Abby gave me info I hadn't thought about before and was the best in recommending the right product for me. Made my day. Thanks Abby! :
Today was my first visit to this salon and I could not be happier with my experience. Jake was fantastic! He was friendly and professional but most importantly, he listened to what I wanted and he delivered. Best haircut I have had in years! From the friendly greeting to the warm farewell, I could not fault the service I received today. Thank you!
Went in on the weekend and purchased a halo hairdryer. Once I got home I realised the staff member forgot to include the promotional product worth $60. Gave them a call and was told just to pop in and pick it up, no worries: Fast forward 48 hours and the woman Saffron that served made me feel like I was doing something to wrong, that I was clueless and my presence just out right nuisance. She said to me ‘I actually have no clue what your talking about’ Coming from a customer service background it would have taken Saffron no time at all to unpack the situation and would have seen me leaving the store with a smile instead of tears running down my cheeks because she was so, so rude.
The short haired over weight blonde woman with black glasses that I assume is the manager was incredibly rude to me. I asked for opinions and advice on my hair after I had used a product to strip my colour that I had purchased from HHWH. She refused to speak to me directly and instead spoke to her male colleague about me, infront of me. She made rude personal comments about me across the store and acted completely uninterested in helping at all. I left feeling really horrible. I will never go back and I encourage everybody else to shop else where.
I've been going here for the last 9 months, Jim and the team are always very polite and the banter is good. Jim always does a great job with my hair also!
I went in to get some help with hair extensions. I’ve had them done multiple times before. I was “greeted” by a woman on the front counter with an annoyed look as if I had interrupted her day. I was then told to just go home and YouTube it before booking in. It was a bad first impression with this awkward encounter that I ended up just going to another salon who were more than happy to help and get me booked in.
I have been going to this salon for about 5 months now and am very pleased with the outcomes. I have short hair and very strong, so I get it relaxed - perfect. Jack is my hairdresser and is very good and more importantly is very good at cutting hair. He is also very humerous.
