Great selection of hair products for men

We have came to buy a DIVA hair straightener and they said they have many pieces at the back. The lady at the counter said that she is getting this from the back. We have waited for 30 minutes at the store but they did not get this from back. It was 8:30 pm and we left the store giving them number to call to call us as soon as they get this. Nobody called us till 9pm and when we get the store at 9pm. The lady said come back tomorrow. Very disappointed with customer service, if they did not have this in stock, they should not ask the customer to wait, all other stores closed at 9pm and we could not get chance to buy from Myer either.

Went in for a package deal that was originally quoted as $65. After claiming that my hair (that is just past my shoulder) was extra long the originally quoted price of $65 jumped to $110 .... are you kidding me?
An extra $15 for medium length which i was told was my hair length originally, or $25 for long, but to cut an inch of hair off it was an extra $45... for a haircut ... with no colour... are you kidding me? My hair must have grown radically in the 24 hours since I had made the appointment. 
When I refused to pay that much she got rid of the additional cost of washing my hair, scalp massage and beauty treatment and just cut my hair for $70. I would have gone to just cuts instead and got the same haircut with better service for half the price.
Now if I had originally been told that it would cost me $110 I would have gone elsewhere. There are hundreds of hairdressers all offering package deals to treat yourself occasionally. I went here to pamper myself for a reasonable price, it's not something that I do often. I was led in through fraudulent terms and as such would tell anyone who goes there to get the cost in writing before sitting down. 
Shocking service. I will never be returning. Just terrible.
