Lady at counter was extremely rude bought over $70 worth of products and she made derogatory comments about me and implied I was cheap. Never felt so looked down upon from someone working as a shop assistant. Women should be fired, it is not the first time I have heard this about one of the staff members there
Have purchased about 6 times from them and the service has been amazing each time. My packages have always arrived a few day later and it's rural delivery. Love the wee freebies and samples in each package and all the products are perfect

My friend and I came in today looking for shampoo- noticing the sign on the door with a limit of people allowed in the shop, we asked if there were currently the maximum allowed in the storeA Lady with short hair unsure of her name? met us with an aggressive “Na” We then entered the store and this lady stared at us the entire time then began whispering with her colleague. Upon paying, we say that payWave was not accepted and I didn’t have an alternative payment method. This was met with a snort and an eye roll. Very disgusted in this level of customer service. We were made to feel inconvenient by both staff members in store and highly uncomfortable. We will definitely NOT be coming back to this store.

I have ordered online from them for a couple of years now. They have the most affordable purple shampoo in New Zealand and they always ship my orders immediately. My last purchase had a little hick-up where in the item cracked open, which caused the contents to spill in the package. I reported it to them so they can improve their packaging next time. They offered to send me another item to amend this problem. I am so pleased with their service and highly recommend them because they are very professional and makes sure clients are always happy with their service. Keep up the good work.
