Life changing moments that only an amazing team like Vivo Dunedin could make happen. I went yesterday for a major hair cut and the team, Sara and Jamie were incredible. I recommend them hands down. Not only did I get a super stylish haircut but the best service in town. 100 stars for the team!
It's my second time using their services today and once again I'm very pleased! Katie was the one who did my hair and she made sure I loved it. She was so nice and overall the staff seem pleasant. I highly recommend! :Services: Hairstyling
Was super excited for this appointment after researching a salon in Dunedin to get my hair done. I am a student so am from out of town and was wanting quite a decent haircut. Less than 10 minutes before my appointment was supposed to be, I got a text saying that she was running behind, only by 25 minutes. I thought that was okay as I wasn’t in too much of a rush. I got to my appointment 20 minutes after it was supposed to be and was told that she wouldn’t be far away. I sat for a further 40 minutes waiting, with nothing from any other staff. So in total an hour after my appointment was supposed to be. I had other places to be and left. I was quite upset, as I was so looking forward to this. Managed to find another salon that afternoon who were absolutely amazing with accomodating to me what I was after, and will be going there instead from now on.
Came from out of town for an event so booked online just for some curls etc. and was so impressed by the service and how my hair turned out. I’m sorry I can’t remember my stylists name but she was very friendly and did a great job thank you Service: Hairstyling
When I booked the appointment with vivo I literally did not what I wanted. I had the most amazing hair dresser I used to go to however, when I moved from Wellywood to Dunners, I had to find a new hair dresser that rocks my boat. Had troubled with few hair dressers so I was a bit nervous when I booked my appt with Vivo. When I turned up to the Dunedin salon I was introduced to Katie. The atmosphere in the salon was comforting. The staff were supportive of each other with their clients hair, clients chatting to staff and the vibe was pumping. I told Katie what I wanted to get done on my hair however, she wasn’t able to do it due to lack of time. What I told the lady over the phone when I booked my hair appt wasn’t what I wanted to get done when I got to my appt was bad. Katie had to talk to manager and I was grateful that she was able to make time for me that day. Lemme tell you, Katie in Dunedin Vivo Salon is one of the best in the biz. I’ve seen her work done on her clients before me and every client she worked with looked genuinely happy and amazed with her mahi. As for me, I left that salon feeling sexy and super hot on that day lol I even did a cat walk on George St flicking my hair back and forth. Not only she did a great job on the colour I wanted but her customer service was amazing. Highly recommend to book your appt now and ask for Katie!!!Services: Hair straightening
I booked a hair consult, waited about an hour. I can’t fault the lady that saw me bc she was very helpful and gave really good input and advice etc, she took a strand of my hair so she could test it with the colour I wanted and said she’ll get back to me with the results in the next day or so, however this was nearly more than a few weeks ago and I NEVER heard back.Service: Hair coloring

Going in as a sixteen year old girl needing her curtain bangs a bit of a fix before formal, thinking it would be an easy fix. Ended up walking out crying because my bangs were so lopsided with 96$ less in her bank account for needing a trim. Ridiculous.
Do not recommend for long hair Keratin treatment and if you're getting your bangs done.
