I would give my overall experience here a 1/5. I swore to myself I was never going back after my last experience, but today I got the manager, who was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Didn't rush and gave great service! I didn't get her name, but I'd like to pass on my thanks! 😊

I have never had a problem coming here They always do a good job and always ask if I am ok as I always cringe when it comes to waxing Friendly staff members and it is affordable for a poor student Definitely will come back :)

Terrible customer service! They won't accept that they are at fault with anything, and will lie to your face! Think that it's ok to attend to another customer and leave you lying there half completed while they work on the other customer. The manager may seem nice but challenge her and she's quite a different person!! Had a very unpleasant experience with a new staff member. Won't be back!!!

Just got a full leg wax here, i hadnt removed my leg hair for about a year so it was definitely long enough to be waxed. It hurt so much, she missed heaps the whole backs of both my thighs are still hairy and the bits she did get are prickly... the hair didnt even come out it just broke. Bawled my eyes out as soon as i got home i wish i didnt pay. Not to mention they dont take appointments at all so i also had to wait more than half an hour to be seen without being able to leave. So unclear what to do when you arrived and they leave it up to customers to know whos next they have no system. Honestly f**k this place 💀
