Kids haircut was great. No waiting. Staff extremely helpful and I couldn't fault their customer service as they went out of their way to give some product advice to me etc.

I went in with long hair and asked for a trim - not too short I said over and over.  I came out with huge chunks of hair gone from various places, different lengths on either side of my head.  You get what you pay for I guess. I won't even take my kids here.

Make sure you check how much it will cost. All I asked for was a bit off the length as I don't get my hair cut very often. I had assumed this would be $31 for the standard "dry cut". However only when paying was I told that because "more than 1cm or so" was taken off it was deemed a "re-style" and was charged $48. A bit ridiculous. Next time I'll go round to Just Cuts where it's a flat rate of $29. Also, later in the day I realised it is uneven at the front, and will need to go back to ask them to fix it. Not a good experience at all.

I had a complete change of hairstyle and colour done. I was happy with the service and skills of the hairdresser. If you can not wait, this is not the place for you. There could be a long wait most of the time. It is a walk in hair dressers without appointment so checking the cue is advisable.
