this has to be the most unhelpful retailer of professional hair and beauty suppliers.  you walk in, and they just look at you.  I used to shop there  for ten years and they treat you like you have never been in before. They care little ...and the staff and don't seem to have knowledge or care about the products they have!  they just take the money and i have spent thousands there, but no more....last time i was asked to leave my bag in their reception locker!  Goodness....say no more!!
