I took a 6 month lease in an unfurnished villa to see if I liked it before I bought.  Before the 6 months was out, I had fallen in love with everything about living here.  Onsite managers, Kay and Graham, are so passionate about providing above and beyond.  As a property manager, I am used to seeing properties that are dirty and un-maintained.  It was such a pleasure to move into a SPOTLESSLY clean property.  I love the friendly smile and wave they give each time they see you and how safe it is to live here.  The pool is always crystal clean and the gardens and lawns are kept pristine.  Graham and Kay could not do more to make each and every person more welcome than they do.  I can see why they have such a high occupancy rate.  Permanent or holiday, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We stayed here for a wedding in Gympie with about 5 other families in separate various sized villas.
It was great all being in the one place.  Kay the Manager was lovely.  The Villas are really well appointed and lovely and clean.  A really great place to stay in Gympie.
