Just did a trial class with my 2 yr old. The course was way too long for that age group, some sections were unrealistic and some sections were not safe. I fell and hit my head on the wall as the mats were not aligned with the base and my kid fell between the trampoline and mat as the gap was too big. Not a safe course...be careful. At least they got me an ice pack and fixed the mattresses after I hurt myself. Never going back.
Adult Gymnastics Class is Every Monday night 8pm-9:30pm and runs for the same weeks that school terms do. Doesn't matter if your a beginner, an advanced gymnast that still loves it and wants to do tricks, someone that knows a few things or if you just want to get fit and flexible again then go try it out. Even if you want to brush up on Parkour skills or get some extra acro/tumbling training or learn these new modern day ninja spinning jumps/flips, even running up a wall and flipping off, then join the adult class on Monday nights. There are qualified coaches that can assist you with anything you want to learn or achieve it doesn't matter what skill level you are, they will help you reach your goals in a fun, safe, friendly enviroment.

Good fun for the kids, large waiting area, poor parking can be challenging during busy periods.
