I love any opportunity I get to come and dance with Kristy Lee at Pole Divas Caroline Springs. I drive an hour each way to get to the studio and it’s worth every second. The mental boost is receive after having a dance with her puts a huge smile on my face! Not to mention the way Kristy can make a girl feel strong, feminine, inspired and empowered all at the same time.
This business is the most encouraging and welcoming pole / aerial space I’ve been at. Coming from previous studios and having a negative experience I was hesitant to continue training pole and aerials, but this place reignited my love. Lovely staff and amazing business. Kristy the owner is the most genuine person I’ve come across.
It's such a great atmosphere to be in for learning something new. Everyone is supportive and understanding. I always look forward to going to class knowing that I am learning in a safe space. The instructors are great at helping and giving you that confidence boost
I've been coming here since the studio opened, and doing my first class was the best thing I ever did. I have never looked back. It is a fun way to work out and get fit without feeling like you are working out. From doing classes at P&ADCS, I'm the fittest I've ever been. Highly recommended.
Pole Divas is a great, welcoming, and warm place to learn pole dancing and Lyra. You don't need to know anything about it before starting signed up for a membership after my intro offer!
Definitely the happiest place on earth. I wouldn't know where I would be without Pole Divas in my life. I started 7+ years ago, scared, nervous but also very excited to step out of my comfort zone - it was the best decision I have ever made. I am more confident, happy, I am surrounded by many like-minded, empowering women, life long friendships have been made and I am more fitter than I have ever been. Pole dancing for fitness is really the best way to keep your mind, body and soul healthy and happy!! Xxx
What an amazing place, with amazing, beautiful women inside and out! My only regret about pole is not starting it earlier. How much more my would my life have been enriched if I did?!? The instructors at the studio are so helpful and encouraging and that can be said about the other girls that train at Pole Divas Caroline Springs. If you’re thinking about pole fitness definitely do it. You won’t regret it
I can’t recommend Pole Divas Caroline Springs enough! The studio is gorgeous, the instructors are incredibly talented and everyone is so supportive and friendly. An amazing experience from the moment you walk through the door. Love our Divas!
