Look i have cancelled my subscription but still they cut the money from my account its been more than one year when i call no one answer the call please be careful

Terrible terrible management by Kevin (I previously thought he was the owner, as he explained to me in our first meeting that he "makes profit by playing it smart with the members", which sounded weird but I let it pass). I asked the manager (KEVIN, the dark skinned blue eyed gentleman) to freeze my membership for 3 months, which he agreed to do. 3 months later I got a call from one of their staffs, telling me that I have to pay 190$ for the 90 days! I was very offended and told her over the phone that I would not pay it. After some days I sent an Email and asked what I have to do to regain my membership as I wanted to start working out again, to which I never received a response. Today I got a call from a Debt Recovery agency telling me that I owe 330$! I will pay it now as I don't want further issues, but some transparency and understanding of where I stand would have been much better, rather than making this all look like a scam. Terrible people are managing this branch whom will fool you in order to make profit! The owner is extremely dishonest, rude and unprofessional! Will never sign any contract with Anytime Fitness ever again.

Anytime Fitness Caroline Springs is a great gym, incredibly friendly staff who are attentive to each members needs, very clean and organised gym. This gym is the reason I went through my own body transformation and turned my life around to a person who didn't like gym to now in a career as a Personal Trainer. Highly recommend!

A very clean and professional gym. They go the extra mile even providing members with complimentary coffee, snacks and fruit on Saturday mornings.

Really friendly staff at this gym who are always smiling and willing to help. I prefer going here than good life as its less crowded during peak times. just recently joined and got my membership on a good deal too. Cant wait to shed those kg's!!!!
