I've been going to this gym for 2 years now. the staff there are friendly, they have the best customer service. This is because they always greet you when you arrive before you enter the gym. They all have knowledge in every supplement in the store. 

There are two particular receptionist that are my favourite there, Stephan, Nigel (retired) and the short guy with dyed hair and tattoos. They are both really friendly and always engage in conversations. 

There was a time where I needed guidance for a workout plan, I asked the receptionist (short guy) for a hamstring exercise because I wasn't too familiar with it. He gave me a pretty well detailed explanation of everything that I needed to know. I was very happy with this. 

Stephan was able to help me with shoulder exercises which I was also not familiar with myself, he also showed me how to do it and clearly explained everything.

The Facility of the gym is well done, equipment are in good quality. After the renovation of the gym, it is now a lot more spacious, though it recently just got cramped with a lot more equipment. There is a glass window that you can look down to watch the soccer match (if you go at night) which makes the place a lot more lively. 

Overall, my experience at Derrimut gym was GREAT! I truely do love going to that gym because of the of how great the vibe is, especially the customer service. I always see this gym as my "home of gains".

Staff are always friendly and ready to help. They have good classes run at this location and plenty of equipment. They also have a newly added female only section of the gym with enough equipment.
The car park is big enough to house both the cars for the gym as well as the business around them.

Nice working out space, nice equipments, not very crowded. Not easy to find a trainer, could too hot to work out in the summers

My first time here and I came in the morning and evening. The gym at self is fine, except for the lockers, most of which are very hard to lock up. Both times there was gangsta music, with its misogyny and tastelessness. The F word at least once every line, talking about ultra sleaze, selling drugs and prostitution. I wonder how the women feel in here? I would never recommend a gym with this to any female friends and it’s not the sound that motivates me. I hope they can change it.

The staff in the reception was there today 14.02.2018 at 1.30am was soo rude and racist.. I’ve been to derrimut for years and had a very terrible experience tonight .. such an unsuitable person for the reception .. totally disappointed .. he don’t even knw how to speak.. derrimut management  should consider this
