Hello, Just giving a feedback on the customer service experience we had in Gull Levin. We drove our Toyota in the morning on the 25th of Feb. (Sunday). I tried to fill up but the pump was not working. There was a Indian girl (aged 30 to 35) working that time. She was outside in the forecourt cleaning the pump. I asked her, if there is any problem as i wanted to fill up. She said pay first in the card reader. I tried to swipe my card around 6 to 7 times but it was not working at all. I did ask her, if there is anyways i could do it. She was not responding and was just cleaning the pump. I had no choice but to leave the station. She did not ask anything nor offered to help. I mean, i am a customer ready to fill up for around $100 she was not wanting my business at all. I really felt bad and just used the Caltex down the road. I doubt it i will ever go to any Gull again, this is one of the worst ever customer service i have had in NZ for the last 10 years. You could very well check the CCTV cameras and see your staff at work. Worst ever experience. I have reviewed this at Google as well. I could have given 0 stars but no option for it.

Consistently the cheapest petrol in the lower North Island. Toilets have been blocked for at least six months. There is a rumour someone is trapped in there. Amnesty international is reportedly negotiating with Gull.

This particular gas station looked dodgy enough that my wife couldn't be bothered to get out and ask if they have toilets. We drove on to BP which at least looked respectable.

The southern most Gull. I always stop to top up, if I'm up this way. When are they coming to Kapiti? There the only ones keeping the big boys honest.

Cheapest fuel on the coast I reckon. Pre pay fuel and a small shop with basics.
