My go to petrol station.Always courteous,helpful and prepared to go the extra mile.Wednesday discount is so helpful with my budget too.
Good pies. Good price for petrol. Very friendly staff.
Usually the cheapest on Wednesday and seldom any waiting time.- which is why I mostly go here. I try to use pay in app but sometimes times out before I can pump fuel - and charges me anyway- takes ages to reverse the charges. Also I’ve had trouble with the app loading and have had to go without the discount.
Nice people and very convenient
Staff only speak to you to advise you on price of purchases. The rest of the time they are speaking to other staff members in the Indian dialect. I don't mind this but they could ask if I want something else. Can only improve customer relationship and profits.
The attendant made a mistake processing my sale and thought I had not paid. Rather than calling the police as is protocol, he, and another customer proceeded to follow me to Foxton, and both driving dangerously. The attendant forced me to pull over by overtaking and slamming his brakes on In front of my truck. The manager of the store has not contacted me about this despite my requests. Have contacted the police.
Great service and clean
Hi we have made 2 trips to caltex Levin. Website states hours 7am to 8pm they close early. When feedback provided to. Manager. He was not interested. Said we shut around 7.50. We missed out on our 10 cents per litre. Never go back
AVOID! There's loads of other gas stations on the same street. Really bad customer service. Extremely rude and aggro old man on the forecourt other staff were not far behind but more passive aggressive. Totally weird! Why would I pay to be spoken to that way? Won't be back. FAIL.
Nothing wrong with service, was just a little all over the place inside. Not organized or structured in a way most Caltex stations are.
