Suburb customer service from Robert last thing of the day on a Friday. I needed a copy of a receipt from a couple of days ago , this was no hassle for Robert he was very friendly located and sent me the receipt. Thanks Robert I really appreciate it.
Went to use the only toilet and found the sanitary disposal unit overflowing with blood covered material. The real issue I have was when raised with the attended on the counter all he gave me was excuses, made me feel like I was putting him out for mentioning it. It was 9:30am, what about others using the facility during the day...
Nice & easy access to the Air pump, and of course the Large Soy Latte I brought was both large & delicious!
Easy service. Access from South Bound traffic simple. North bound traffic have to reenter from side street behind Service Station.
Unfortunately dishonnest as my pic proves. Done the 1 litre test on them. Gas advertized at 2.01 per litre but exactly on 1 litre, cost me 2.03. Lady behind counter not helpfull at all, gave me the brushoff. Makes your .06c off a litre with Flybuys into only .04c off. Checked at Gull & got cheaper more honnest results
Lovely petrol station. One of the assistants went the extra mile for me, for which I was very grateful. Sometimes elderly ladies need a little help and this one chap was very kind. Top marks. I'll use this station again.
Broke down here and was parked in the middle of forecourt taking up 2pumps, for 3hours. Call out fee and new battery $500. The workers in the garage didn't mind as it was in the evening and said we actually made them look more open. Lucky it wasn't the day time as this place is the cheapest that I know of for petrol in the country. WAY TO GO Z IN LEVIN
We always stop here for petrol on our trips to and from Wellington. The staff are friendly. Plenty of food available, a nice big forecourt, but I wish there was more than one unisex lavatory! There is often quite a queue. Perhaps I'm expecting too much, but sometimes I've had to wait ages, while my car sits blocking a pump someone else could be using. Other than that, it's a great place to stop.
The service this morning was below standard. I won't go into the "ins and outs" of it. But after being a customer since the beginning, I will no longer go there. I'd rather pay more and get better and more friendly service. Shame on you. Train your staff to deal with the public in a more helpful and friendly manner!
Great staff on baord have gotten to know them quiet well, enjoy the quick chats and top knotch service! Coffee and food always on point, staff Theo, Sandeep, Brittaney,Rob and the rest of the team give the best service in Levin and far as I'm concerned,definately my favourite petrol station in Levin, will always stop there! 5 plus stars!!
