BP Levin sorry but I am going else where for my petrol and coffee. Last Saturday around 10.00am I filled up as I do every week and went inside to ask for someone to check my oil . The young man behind the counter looked at me as in what ?. I then looked at the cafe lady to whom again looked blankly at me. The young man said he didn't know how. I paid for my petrol and left. This Saturday I did the normal but asked for coins for the car vacuum. Headed over to vacuum car and vacuum won't suck. Walked into the shop advised the person that gave me the coins of the problem and his answer was "oh....it's not working ". Customer service goes a long way .

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Terrible customer service! I come here weekly to fill up usually between 8am - 8:30am which I know is a busy time. Today I came at 10am to see if there was any difference. I am on crutches and was struggling to check oil and water and clean the windscreen but no one came out to offer assistance. Another customer came to my aid and she too commented on the service. It seems BP Levin are more interested in the cafe business that the fuel business. We often have to wait to pay for petrol because the food and coffee clients are served first. I 've had enough and have decided I am going to take our fleet business elsewhere.

Absolutely disgraceful service by James yesterday. His customer service is worse than horrible. He cannot count, short changed me by $40 and then stole my AASF points. I will never step foot in this store again. James you have a face for radio and the personality of a bull dog.

Best hot chocolate. On Friday evening a nice gentleman served us & made it. Early this evening we returned & two ladies served us & their hot chocs was equally as good as Friday's.

It only has one male, one female, and one disabled toilet. Which quickly causes a queue to form.
