Good one overall.nI used to stop there on my route, nice people.nOnly last time, the Barista needs a lot of improvement, she made a mistake while preparing my order and she realised it while handing the cup over to me. So I needed to wait more and got that worst coffee ever!!
A tidy and clean BP Connect. The BP 91 fuel was pricy compared to Challenge and Waitomo. However the benefits of fueling here are excellent coffee and great pies . Add in the clean toilets it's worth spending a few cents more!
Disgusted by the service, usually love getting my coffee from a BP. Have never been here before today, ordered my coffee on the app as I was passing through and didn’t have time to wait. Didn’t once call my name, left my coffee get cold for 15 minutes as I stood right in front of the counter then got stared down as I picked it up. I know this is Levin but do better.
Slow service, no call out for completed coffee order, toilets were a state with no paper
The staff were absolutely amazing and kind! When ordering my coffee they understood what I meant and made it exactly how I asked. They were very happy to help and were such lovely people : I wish people would stop bagging you lovely workers! Green side it tough and the staff cant just go out when needed. They all do the best that they can and they are such an awesome team! Thank you lots guys!
