Ruben has serviced and repaired a few guitars for me now and always does a brilliant job. Nice guy and easy to deal with too.

To sum it up the quality of Ruben's work I could only say that he is truly a Master of his craft. His ability and attention to detail is second to none. I have had multiple guitars set up by Ruben. Most notably I have had a Mini-Maton and an early 80's Japanese telecaster set up by him. Beyond just a set up I had Ruben replace a plastic nut to a hand carved bone one, upgrade the wiring and pick-ups and more. Ruben is a truly genuine person and his work is truly incredible. If you are able to see them in person, the quality of his bespoke guitars speak for themselves. I have had friends have guitars over 50+ years old worked on by Ruben with the utmost confidence. Highly Recommended!

I had my 1974 K.Yairi classical in for a total refret job, and set up. The old frets were loose,almost falling out, my baby I had for 30+ yrs I just couldn't play anymore. Ruben did a beautiful job, 3 yrs ago now, and my guitar still plays like a dream, no buzzing, very low action, just perfect. Glad to have found such a good Luthier, the only person I will take my guitars too. And a really nice and friendly guy. I'll be back.
