Hi,nI just want to share some feedback. One of the girls, her name is Arsh, doesn’t seem to know how to handle customer service properly. She threw my things very carelessly and showed attitude towards me. She also asked for my phone number — I told her three times already, but she still didn’t seem to manage it properly. I’m really disappointed with her behavior.nnHowever, the other girls kusim and amar are very polite, respectful, and professional, and I really appreciate their good service.

Located along Old Geelong Road, this shop is neatly arranged and ideal shopping destination for Punjabi customers.  Almost everything that a Punjabi household needs is available here.  There is also a small restaurant at the back of the shop that serves eggless birthday cakes, sweets and other Indian delicacies.  You can also drink free tea.  Their Paneer Samocha was amazing.  All materials for Hindu worship are available here.  The presentation of each ingredient is nice and tidy.  The quality of customer service is also quite good, they support the customers sincerely.

Female staff at counters always greet when you step in.nnStore is clean and well stocked. I have been shopping for groceries at this store for eight years, and my experience has been wonderful. The prices are reasonable, and the members' discounts are fantastic! The staff, especially Amar, is always smiling and works patiently, taking feedback positively. Even though we have moved to a different suburb, we still make it a point to shop only here.nnThis is the best customer-friendly Indian grocery store!
