I go to Coles in Westfield Geelong several times a week. I use the self check out. The people that help you there are lovely. But, Toni is an absolute standout. She is always cheerful, happy and helpful. Seeing Toni makes my day & I always leave with a smile after chatting to her. Toni is an absolute pleasure to see. Well done Coles on having such a wonderful employee. :-D
I always walk to the shops cause they’re in walking distance to the quest apartments and so it’s easy to get to. It’s never been a hassle. The food’s always been great. I don’t have any deli so everything is prepackaged. That’s the only downfall.
Needed to purchase a gift card on an assisted checkout. The staff member who assisted us was very helpful and courteous. Made the experience simple.
Reasonable Coles store in Westfield shopping center on ground floor. But not having all of their product range as other stores in Melbourne have, very basic items specially eggs. Spacious isles and a very neat and tidy store.
Coles Geelong is really convenient to our house and offers a great variety of choices. It’s easy to get to, and the store has everything we need—from fresh produce to pantry staples and household items. Shopping there is quick and hassle-free.
