Worst woollies in the area. Whenever an Uber, Doordash or Menulog driver comes to pick up the order, they always have to wait 5 to 20 minutes to receive the order. They don’t value our times. We are not paid for waiting. Also there is no designated area for pickup. Just have to stand and wait outside to receive the order.
Amazing customer service from the gentleman helping with online orders. A bag had been missed being dropped at my house, I went in store next day to enquire about it. He was able to locate the listing and offered to pull the missed items together for me. When I picked up the bag a short time later he threw in some chocolates as a good gesture. It was such great service from him all around, and all the service counter staff were friendly and helpful.
On We’d 25/02 at 3.56 pm. I arrived store and was waiting there and no one attended. There were 2 ladies taking with each other and not even attending customers. I wonder why she was wearing a jacket saying I’m here to help. If she can’t do the job properly stop and find something that is of her like. Woolworths management needs to work on it.
Absolutely terrible experience with Woolies Direct to Boot. The staff were completely unprofessional, disinterested, and made no effort to help. The wait times were ridiculous, even though I checked in on time. It felt like nobody cared about customers or efficiency. If this is what Woolworths calls service, it’s embarrassing. I won’t be using Direct to Boot again.
unprofessional, unorganised and abuse power they don't have. The law states that unlawfully detaining people is illegal, and I don't think they have the right to search bags either. It's time they are held accountable for their childish greed. If they keep the electric gates closed when you have paid or are leaving the business I think they should pay the price for a new set of electric gates, as detaining a person is only legal for the Police to do.
