Always great service and great food. Our recent visit was very last minute large group booking. I was impressed at how accommodating they were and how quickly all the meals came out. They even offered to put a bday cake in the fridge for us. Thanks for another good experience at grilled woden.
Workers at this establishment are very low quality, in both service and aptitude. The ordering process and explanation of deals was made very confusing and took ages. The wait time was over 50 minutes for two burgers. They had over 15 people working in the store and nothing was being done effectively or efficiently. No joke, we had to ask 5 different people just for us to get table water. Also noticed that instead of serving the dine in customers, they only were serving take away customers and delivery drivers. Even when these take away orders were completed they were being put in the heat cabinet instead of being served, creating a line down the road. This is the worst experience I have probably had dining. As I am writing this, not a single person sitting at a dining table is eating, they are only completing take away orders on the screen, and not dine in.
Food at Woden has increasingly gone down hill. Delivered orders are never correct and the quality food has just plummeted. I've received food that was burnt so badly it was completely in-edible. What is going on at Grill'd Woden. It used to be really good and I know Grill'd is, but Woden location in ATLEAST the last 6 months, maybe more, has been so horrendous for deliveries and dine in. This isn't even happening on the fri-sun. The waits are long even on a week night with no other dine ins and the quality is worse. Staff and management need to be looked at because they're not upkeeping the Grill'd brand.
Since you dislike me on uber pickup. I can dislike here as well. Lady asked me bag which is fair enough and I replied its mid day, evening is different story but still got bag in car and she refused to give and 100% right realising that I grabbed bag nicely taken food. Notice she dislike me which necessary doesn't need to do. It’s pretty much beef but I can stimulate 100 dislikes. Stop being disrespectful‍. Food are good obviously but customer service 0⃣
Visited after ages the other day and got the impossible vegetarian Burger. Soooo gooood!! Staff was very friendly prompt and attentive too.
