Nice burger place that is pretty chilled. They also have a kids menu which is great. I am not huge fan of the herbs they put on the fries but they are happy to make a batch without if you ask.

It's a Friday night staple for a reason. Yummy, health-wise and reasonably guilt free. Consistently great and wonderful staff.

Worst service I have ever received. Went to order with my family, ordered five burgers and took 20 minutes, which was fair enough. Received our food, was informed everything was there in the bag. Got home and we had only four burgers. Called up, they didn't even make the burger. Offered to make it for us but we had to drive back to the restaurant to pick it up. Informed it would be another 20 minutes. As my father was out picking up the missing burger, we found out they had mislabeled all the burgers and as such it was a different burger we were missing. Absolutely shocking service and so unprofessional. I personally love grill'd but never heading to the Balaclava one again. You've lost a customer.
