After an hour of my order not arriving, I called the store. The guy that I spoke with (not sure if manager or not) said the delivery guy couldn't figure out how to buzz my apartment as it has a letter at the end of the number and the intercom has no letters on it. The phone number that was on my order was also wrong by one digit which is odd as I have had the same phone number for years and have also never changed it on the Crust app. I then explained that there is a sign next to the intercom and also on my letterbox on how to do ring me but the delivery guy must not have read it. The guy I spoke with said they'd send out a fresh pizza straight away and was very apologetic. I would have given 5 stars but I deducted one for the delivery guy not reading two very obvious signs that would have avoided this entire problem.
