Dealing with the staff at Goodyer realestate was really refreshing. They were friendly, honest and professional. They made the buying experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Do not use these amateurs - I rented a place from Goodyer and their service was terrible and actually caused problems to the landlord's property despite being a good tenant, paying all of my bills and keeping the property in great condition ( our full bond was returned at the end of our agreement...) The issues included: - Not cleaning the property at all before I moved in -Not replacing broken locks for a week leaving the place open to theft - forgetting to do repairs that meant the property was ruined by a water leak - they also took 6 weeks to return our bond despite there being no issues The worst thing though is that during a storm a tree fell on a gutter and smashed it. Despite us giving them numerous recommendations to repair this they didn't after 7 weeks and it caused long term damage to the property. Look somewhere else. These guys are terrible

Pauline and her team are some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry. We found them very capable and caring. Her knowledge of the real estate market, especially for high end suburbs like Paddigton, Tamarama, Bronte, Woollahra and all the Eastern Suburb has been of great help. We cannot recommend Goodyer Real Estate enough.
