Not a good experience and will not be going back. I visited this store to have a prescription for pain relief filled. The young woman at the pharmacy counter had a 'higher than mightier' attitude and never looked at me once. She barked these questions at me. 'Have you had these before?, do you have any allergies? What if I say yes I am allergic to Codeine? Is she going to overrule my doctor and refuse to fill the prescription? Or am I going to get a lecture from an unqualified person, standing there in public with everyone listening? Does she even have any idea what a Codeine allergy is? These are things that are my doctors business and my business and not the business of a person working in a pharmacy and asking personal questions in full hearing of other customers. They are completely indifferent in their own self importance to the privacy and sensitivity of customers. Lets be frank. How would this young woman like it if I asked in a loud voice how she is getting on with her vaginal thrush! This business should have protocols in place for this and not have their staff playing 'doctors and nurses'. The medical establishment including GPs and hospitals and Specialist clinics all have protocols to ensure their patients are treated professionally and with due care for their privacy. I have friends who are nurses and I know something of their high level of education, training and practices. Pharmacy assistants and even Pharmacists themselves do not have this training and are not part of a monitoring system. When it came time to pay I used my Galaxy S7 Edge phone to make the payment with their payment processor at the same counter and it produced an error. Possibly because of their ancient terminal. I wanted to retry it as would be normal but this woman, who was a different person to the first one, just barked at me that the message on the machine says 'tap swipe or insert'. I said I wanted to retry and she barked at me that she had no idea 'what App I had loaded in there'. It was very much a 'talk down to you' attitude. I explained that the phone uses 'Near Field Communication' to connect my bank to their payment processor. But she did not offer to reset the processor to retry the payment until I produced my card. I almost never use my card these days and it took a moment or two to remember my pin and all the while she looked on suspiciously as if I was trying to steal. Yes it is new technology but they should be trained for this. Even my fish n chip shop knows about it. Too officious and full of themselves! I was in there with a friend and we were separated in the store and met up again at the car. I told her that the shopping experience I just had was rather unpleasant and she replied 'funny you should say that, as I was about to say the same thing'.

Some drugs have better deal than Chemist Warehouse. Plenty of parking spaces.
