Good to See that the Italo-Australian Club has bought Back Karaoke on Thursday Night 7 till 10pm This is now my Go to Venue, run by Dezi K. the best Karaoke Host on the coast, Great Food, friendly staff and atmosphere this place ticks all the boxes.

The airconditioning has been fixed and is now COLD. Great for dancing with huge dance floor. Can't comment on the meals yet but menu has improved recently and there is actually Italian food now made in the kitchen. Worth giving the club another go if you found it too hot in the past. Bring a jacket if you are not dancing it is really cool!

We went to see brit beat mania play here on Saturday night. The food, tempura prawns and salad was lovely. The entertainment was fabulous. What a great group. Only criticism was that the venue had only 3 fans and attempting to dance was hot and uncomfortable. The poor band were also dripping wet. The venue run out of ice for the drinks and water at the bar was luke warm. A big shout out for the man running the bar. Mainly on his own. Great customer service and friendly and helpful. Well done.

Club with a lot of potential. We went to see Father & Son Duo who are incredible. Unfortunately the lack of air con or fans made it uncomfortable. Food is quite nice but a reduced menu.

Paid $69 for a set menu for Melbourne Cup day 2023.     Unfortunately the venue ran out of main meals and served bar snacks and vegetables in lieu of the advertised mains.   Staff and management were rude and  instead of acknowledging their shortcomings were very defensive.   Would not go back to this venue.

About 7.40pm on a Friday night I rang to see what time the club closed for meals on a Friday. I was surprised to hear they were open for dining until 8.30pm. We made our way and arrived about 8.10pm. We confirmed we weren't participating in the Lindy Hop and Swing dancing and made our way to the bar. On speaking to the staff that we were there for dinner, we all looked at the dark kitchen in dismay. The bar staff went looking for kitchen staff, but couldn't find any one. When we said we were told it was open until 8.30, they explained it was a seperate business to the bar. We took a drink to watch the dancing, feeling annoyed that we were now probably unable to get a meal locally, due to the time. But then, Jordano ? came and offered to prepare us a focaccia, seeing the kitchen was closed.  We gratefully accepted his offer, but then he came back and said he would cook us a meal, seeing we had been let done by miscommunication. The meal was lovely, and we were very grateful that he went out of his way to reopen the kitchen and serve us meals. Due to his above and beyond service, we'll definately go back. Before 8pm!!

This club has absolutely nothing Italian about it. Management is awful and rude, the food and drinks are  expensive and below average.  Last time one of the pizza was still half frozen. The spiel on their website on how they are a friendly club and love visitors is a lie.  This club could have potential if they only scrapped the current management and they put competent people to run the place.

Never again. The band we saw were great but the manager/owner lady Robyn? was extremely rude on the phone when booking and on the night. Mediocre food at best. Nice staff, feel sorry for them having to work there. Will go see the band at another venue worthy of having them play at their venue.

I go there for functions & weekly clssses/meetings at GoldCoast Rockers. Staff are friendly.& professional

Pros : great stage and dance floor. Spacious. Ample parking. Sometimes, good gigs.  Cons : 1. If you enjoy dancing, the place is NOT air conditioned. As you become thirsty, you will have to stand in line to get water in a very small glass if you are lucky. 2. Sub standard food. Kitchen staff was spotted handling food without gloves. Coleslaw and salads are supermarket taste and veggies are not fresh. Forget dressing. 3. Understaffed so no/minimal table service. Good luck waiting for salt, napkin or an extra fork. 4. Think a pub meal being served late , poorly presented and overpriced. EAT AT HOME. 5. When you order dri ks from the bar, resist putting your elbows or hands on the counter as it can be quite sticky.
