Don't ever hire through this company! They are arrogant and rude and not to mention a rip off and will try to take extra money when you drop the car off. Take photos of the car when you are finished with it as they will try and claim you damaged the car later on.

So apparently my son damaged your car he hired. When we dropped it off to the airport there was NO DAMAGE to the car. You did not inform us of any damage, so we would like photos and the copy of the receipt of getting this so called damaged fixed and it has been 10 months and not once have you contacted us or given me back any sort of refund. And i find it amusing that the 2 bad reviews you have received you have blamed it saying the cars were damaged. ONCE AGAIN RENTER BEWARE....

DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS COMPANY. Look through the other reviews here and you'll see that many are being ripped off. They blamed me for damage I didn't do and have made off with $1600, even after I've been to Fair Trade because Fair Trade can't help you. These guys are cunning and know how to successfully pull of this scam. Not everyone is scammed because they're not going to go after small amounts and aren't always able to set it up right. So overlook the positive reviews and focus on the fact that there are more than enough reviews here to establish the MO of this company. Not only the ones here, but add to that the similar stories also posted under "Gold Coast Car Hire" (as opposed to Gold Coast Airport Car Hire) - the same company. Seriously, I've never seen such bold faced dishonesty!

This is a small sized family business who go out of their way to assist their customers wherever possible. Good new cars, great prices, and great staff. Remember, that they are a small business so they do get booked out during peak season. I think I was quite lucky to have gone with All Age Car Rentals. They were exceptionally helpful. I was fortunate to have come across them.

The absolute best company to hire a car from on the entire Gold Coast. This company has so many pick up and drop off points to save you plenty of time and you can drive from Surfers to Byron Bay if you want to.. I have hired cars from them for 7 years now and will not go anywhere else. The reasons are simple they are the cheapest but have all modern up to date cars exactly like the major car rental companies, the service is excellent and the staff very professional. As an added bonus this Christmas my 18 year old, had just got her license and with other young friends and family on this holiday she was able to drive around without me having to take them out. This made our holiday even better as we could all go off and do our own thing. I am not sure what some of the other reviewers are talking about when it comes to not getting money back from insurance as I have never had a problem nor did I this time with my 18 year old. The terms and conditions of car rental are standard the same as everywhere else except here you can actually hire a car and be under 21. I am not a serial reviewer but when I see a fabulous company that gives exceptional service and treats their customers with respect being written off by a few that obviously do not read a contract I feel compelled to respond. Thank you to all the staff at Gold Coast Car Hire for a yet again fabulous holiday made better by your service and professionalism.
