The rental car itself was great, little kia hatchback, was great on gas! However the customer service is lacking a bit, my friend and I were spoken to rudely twice, first when we questioned extra daily fees that weren't stated on our booking because we are under 25 drivers, and the second time when our bond hasn't been released when we returned the car over 2 weeks ago, they are simple questions that don't require rude responses. This was for the call center and the airport enterprise, couldn't review the airport one as it did not come up!
