Had my Camry repaired here recently insurance job after an accident Clarence was very thorough, informative and helpful. He explained in detail what repairs needed to be done, and how they would be carried out. He was very reassuring at what was a very stressful time. The repair job was quoted to be 8-10 working days; by the 8th day, I was informed that the car was ready to be picked up! Upon collecting it, it was as though I had a brand new car; you wouldn’t know anything had happened! Thank you to the team at Go Rapid!
I had my car repaired here through insurance as they were a preferred repairer. Good service and they even fixed a dent that wasn't related to my claim without me even asking. Quite impressed. Also the expected pickup date was spot on, which is a nice change.
Do not use them if you have a choice. I brought the car in for repair as part of my insurance claim. When I picked up the car, the repair work completed was done in a different color to the original color of the car. When I approached them, they said the car was already two different colors and that the bumper was painted previously leaving it a different color. When we asked to look at the pictures they took prior to the repairs the car was one uniform color. They were very aggressive to find excuses and lacked any sort of customer service. Don't go there and save yourself the trouble!

It's never nice to have to visit a car repair shop but a good one man's the pitches easier. Repair was done well, but the parking sensors weren't working when I got the car back and I didn't check til I got home and reverse into my carpark. Angiogenesis they fixed it straight a it meant I had to drive all the way back. Should check these things before returning a car to customers. Overall it's was not a good experience with this company.
Terrible service. Avoid. Just an awful experience. Rude and threatening. Didn't fix the damage that occurred in the accident and gave 30 minute windows to drop off the car and pick it up. I will be changing insurance providers based on this experience. If your insurance agency insists on this poor excuse for a business - you have a legal right to go elsewhere. Avoid them like the plague - just awful.
Refused to quote on fixing a scratch on my car due to there being another scratch on same door from separate accident even though the entire door would need to be painted anyway. Avoid
