Excellent service, good, honest, knowledgeable people. They fit us in last minute to check an issue we had before a long drive even though we weren’t regular customers. Turned out to be nothing so he didn’t charge us for checking with the computer. Pity they’re not in Canberra or we would have been changing mechanics.

I Want to thanx adam... was really helpfull man... i had a flat tyre... he went out of his way to help me... i request ultra tune to appreciate for his out standing customer service... i will always go to ultra tune becoz he helped me....

I've been using this garage since I bought my first car. Found the cost of the service to be to fair. I moved to the other side of the city and and used a different garage, wasn't to happy with the service and my car didn't feel different. 

Took the car back for its 160,00 service as the price was fair and started to panic when I got the call saying a few things needed to be changed. Thought I was being shafted for work it didn't need however the owner explained the work and why it needed to be done. I still confirmed with a family member and got the work done. Car is running great and great to know there is a garage I can trust.

Very strange experience. 
I had some problem with my car and came in for inspection. The manager said that they identified the problem, and I have to pay $399 to fix it. When I said that I already have a quotation from another shop - he reduced his price to $300. 30% discount? Wow, what is your margin then?

Left my car and picked it up in two days. The problem hasn't gone. Nobody even checked the car before giving it back to me.

Brought my car again and asked the manager to double check. He said he will, but I felt like he doesn't want to bother.

Two days after haven't got any feedback. Nothing at all. I gave a call and asked how are things going. The manager said that they couldn't find the reason, but he promises to look further. 

Two days after nobody called me and any feedback hasn't given.
I just went to the station and picked up the car. The manager wasn't here at that moment. 

To sum up, the initial quotation was overpriced, my car has been staying in the shop for about six days altogether, I paid for detail replacement, but the problem hasn't been fixed. I had to visit station three times.

I believe that if you have some straight forward service, those guys are all right (if you double check pricing of course), but if you need something more, they are too busy... and yes, manager sounds friendly and helpful, but does it matter after all?
