Staff were incredibly rude and pushy for service. They might sell it as a ‘good deal’ however I’d rather go somewhere else, pay double and get the proper service.

GOOD PRICES AND EASY ACCESS This is one outlet of the large KMart chain across Australia. They are competitive on price and they had tyres in stock for my old MG which was a pleasant surprise. They do offer a "price match" for any other bricks and mortar competitor. Staff are friendly and take time to explain options. The chain often has a catalogue special (eg buy three get one free, receive a cash voucher) so it pays to do a bit of research ahead of time if you can. As the store is in the Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre there is easy access and if you book ahead you should be able to time it to do some shopping / eating while the tyres are changed :) Drive into store via the Burnley Street entrance to Victoria Gardens If you need to leave your car there, there are trams running along Victoria Street just outside the complex. the trams towards the city will take you past the long strip of Vietnamese restaurants and shops just a few stops up the road.

Not sure it seem they only care reading details about service checking but when I pick up the car headlight not fixed and radiator water running out not filled whatever
