Went in last week after having a brilliant experience with Kira and another young boy previously and was so disappointed with the customer service I received. Get yourself some decent staff that acknowledge customers and don't stand behind a computer on their phone the entire time. Came all the way from Ferntree Gully with my son to buy a winter coat will now shop elsewhere
Awful customer service! I understand that after covid it’s hard to find good workers, but being rude it’s never a thing. I went to the shop to change a gift and the nightmare started. Rudeness and poor professionalism surrounded the area. Especially the service delivered by the girl with the tattoo : we asked to replace the wheels which was another $100 on top of this of the roller skate, but this was denied because apparently it was too busy! Myself and my two friends were the only customers at that stage. I could have stayed because I paid and it was my right to be served, but I didn’t want to spend another minute in that shop. The service was rude for the entire time, anything we could ask it was annoying for the team. I understand also it’s public holiday, no one wants to work. But it was my only day off from work and my mood changed because of them. You don’t need to be expert for this job, you just need to be kind and help customers. No coming back again
"They see me Rollin'", well they do now. These people set me up with some sweet rollerblades. Instantly grabbed the safety gear I needed. And I was set!! Super helpful staff that knows about their products. Absolutely approachable and unfazed by stupid questions.
Awesome clothing, style and service and excellent price.
Andy at the cabin is a wealth of knowledge and Super friendly to boot. Have been in a few times now and even as a newbie skater he makes me feel at home and I appreciate him taking the time to tell me about what is available and what is appropriate for what I'm trying to do. Will be back again soon. Thanks for your help and service amigo!

Really awesome service - we came in 10 mins before closing and were made to feel totally welcome and unrushed, had all our newbie questions expertly answered and walked away with a sweet ride. :
