Easy access to bus interchange, since the main lobby is right in front of the bus stops. Nice, iconic design. Platforms a little one-sided though, avoid getting off at the city end of the platform due to lack of shelter and long footbridge. Northern end is good, the lobby is nice and contained with a little kiosk - mind the prices. Bus interchange has decent shelter.
Easily accessible. Signs to bus stands non-existent. Google maps showed Stand 2 permanently closed -- nope, very much functioning.

Everytime we try to catch a bus hoping to transfer to another, our bus is always late compared to what the stop says and we miss our next one. However the busses also tend to be super early and go by before you even get there completely disregarding posted times. We have had numerous negative instances where either bud lateness or earliness has caused us great distress as public transport os our only mode of travel. Having to wait in the cold and or rain for the next bus because you saw the bus you were meant to transfer to, drive away as you pull in is so disheartening and really sours a day out. We really wish busses would be more on time as our life revolves around them, bad station.
