I have been a customer for many years all staff are experienced and happy to assist in any way. Would recommend them to everyone for great friendly service.

Rude and inexperienced staff. Went to change a watch band, when I voiced concerns about the width they told me that they were experts and "did this every day". Suggested I cut the watch band to fit it without even trying to fit it first.. went to mister minute, fitted in 10 minutes perfectly flush without any suggestion of cutting the band. These people are IDIOTS.
