Was looking around to buy some earrings for my partner. I asked 2 ladies at the shops to show me something  particular that I asked for and their response was - ‘yes, we have them but they are expensive’ both the ladies working there literally said it 3 times. Very nice way to greet customers. It was $52 as well !! So not even expensive, would have bought it if I wasn’t treated like I was beneath them!

Bought three beautiful rings today for a very reasonable price! Margie the lady that served me was soo lovely and down to earth. There should be more stall holders like her.  love this store!

Worst place ever !!! Don’t purchase from here ! Purchased 3 leather bracelets and each broke in 3 different ways. I asked these to be replaced and all I got was “ sorry that’s what happens with leather “ I will NEVER purchase from here again and I suggest you spend your money elsewhere rather than this place that rips you off !!

I sent my son in to get his fingers sized, to make it easy for me to go and buy some silver rings that he wanted for his birthday. The young guy sized one and then couldnt be bothered doing the others. So for terrible service I can take my business elsewhere.

I had a lovely conversation with the owner after buying something small, and it really spoke to the service that for 12 dollars, I was given more than just the time of day, but the generosity of good human nature. I will be back. Very busy store :

Extensive collection. Standard and unusual/original pieces. The semi precious stone rings are all very well made. They also repair silver jewelry. The staff were very helpful in getting my amber ring repaired. Really taking time to make sure it was done to the correct size for my chosen finger. The quality of the repair was great, and the price very reasonable. I am looking forward to the shops reopening so I can pour over their collection and choose my next piece.

Abysmal customer service by a young girl who was too busy blasting her horrendous music from inside the booth to give a rip about customers , she literally looked directly at me looking into the glass cabinets clearly wanting to see something & just turned the other way as if wasn’t there … and when I asked to buy something it was as if I asked her to donate her left kidney to me …. I called her out on her lack of customer service skills and she was stunned to hear such a remark … no apology .. just stammering words … continuing on with her ignorant attitude … I’ve bought a lot of jewellery from this place .. Usually the staff are on point …  not today

My mother was waiting there in a borrowed Eastlands scooter for disabled patrons, wanting to buy me a large silver bracelet. I returned 5min later to see herself still waiting for service, and both young girls still too busy on their phones talking about a weekend party. Obviously took my business elsewhere to someone who appreciated our $$$.

I stood there patiently waiting to be served. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy but I was passed over each time. No acknowledgement what so ever. 20 mins I stood. When I approached the staff to say I was in the que before anyone else I was rudly dismissed. All the caucasians were served no worries
