Friendly Staff, Moderate Prices Went in there looking for some jewellery to suit a dress and shoes for an upcoming event. Staff members were more than happy to assist with recommendations which was extremely appreciated. I only wish that the prices weren’t so expensive, specifically when you’re bing stuff that isn’t sterling.

Such helpful staff at both their stores in Eastland. They tried their best to help me find that pair of gold bee earrings I wanted but they were unavailable. Fortunately, I found something just as good. Everything here is affordable, cute, and of reasonable quality. The jewellery here is also good for my sensitive skin, and I haven't gotten any flare-ups with anything I've bought.

I love their jewelry, they are amazing and affordable when on sale . But the employment process sucks, firstly you apply with a video , which took so long from me to film. Then i got an interview offer from 3 of their stores, one of which is eastland . In the message it said to reply whether i accept the interview or not, and what time ASAP , i did , and they have left me on delivered for 2 months . Later, i sent a message asking if the job is still available , and still no reply. SO DISAPPOINTING AND DISRESPECTFUL !!!!! at least sent a message or email informing wether the interview is still available. it is an unethical way , to treat someone who had a passion for joining your team. It would have only took 2 secs from you to improve your store’s reputation , i am never shopping there again

Poor service. When we asked about the ear piercing service, the staff responded coldly with a look of disgust. It made me feel as if I had done something wrong and that I was not welcome. But the piercing is painless. It's just the attitude that scares me

Rude store manager. Refused to assist with a return of a faulty pair of earrings that have never been worn, because I cannot - they are faulty. Chirnside Park staff far more friendly and better trained in company policy and customer service.

This store is perfectly set up with great jewellery and staff especially Makayla who is an awesome asset to Lovisa. Highly recommend

Sabrina at the Eastland store goes above & beyond..always helps me to get the look I want

My daughter went into this store on her own asking about a piercing that had been done wrong it was growing out of her ear because it was too low!, and was told by two teenage girls that there was “nothing” they could do. I went into the store shortly afterwards and after escalating to a regional manager the matter was resolved with a refund. Both girls working had no customer service skills, and seemed almost bored to be in store. Shockingly bad service, and disappointing that they can’t treats their target market with respect and kindness. Such a different experience to chirnside park who have always been kind and Courteous.

Very friendly and responsible staffs, honest and warm welcoming. and most importantly the jewellery is good looking
