I went in to get a small repair done on a bracelet. The man didn't understand what I wanted and after quoting me "over $100", he stated flat out that he couldn't do it ???. Finally got what I wanted done and it was well repaired. I felt that the jeweller and the lady who worked behind the counter both had bad attitudes and thought that they were superior to me. Won't go there again.
