Never tried African before. Nice people. Don't know what I ate but it was good. Not my style but great atmosphere and willing to please.

Definitely not the best Ethiopean I've had, but isn't terrible. Place is not very attractive and has no atmosphere but the staff are nice enough. The portions are a bit on the small side. Seems to be a place for middle aged guys to meet up, play cards, have a drink or share a bite to eat. Only been for lunch so maybe dinner is more lively.

Grumpy old man at the reception and he is the owner. No manners and does not respect patronage. I would not recommend this place. Food is below average. Its not family friendly as he couldn't care.

I visited Gibe restaurant on a Wednesday evening for dinner with my wife and enjoyed the food. I had a Lamb tis special with rice while my wife had a vegetarian dish with enjera. The meals were quite substantial and the service was good. Wouldn’t mind going again
