I am so thankful for the amazing service that I received from Michael Neilson at Mercedes Benz Geelong. He made the whole experience of purchasing my first Mercedes so effortless and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He was very professional and made both myself and my daughter feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Michael himself delivered the car and brought me flowers and some other Mercedes gifts, a level of service I did not received with the brand of my last car. Over all an impeccable experience. Micheal Nielson who sold me my BMW convertible was professional and friendly, kept in touch with me throughout the process and made the purchase a delight. My experience at Mercedes Benz Geelong was outstanding thanks to Michael Neilson sales consultant and Darren Spence Business Manager. I visited the dealership at least four times as I was having a hard time making a decision. Nothing was any trouble for Michael at all. He was amazing; polite, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely patient. Michael was so flexible with his time around my own work commitments and availability. His interest and care for his customers is clearly obvious and he is to be commended. Likewise Darren showed the same interest and level of assistance. I would strongly recommend Mercedes Geelong dealership due to these gentlemen, not to mention the reception staff who were also so personable. I have recently bought a car through Mercedes Geelong today and I was dealing with Andrew Harrison, who I hadn’t even met before. I was a bit indecisive at the start, but Andrew pointed me in the right direction and was so patient whilst I was trying to make a decision. There were no pushy tactics which was a nice change, he knew what he was talking about and explained the pro’s and cons of the 2 vehicles I was looking at and this helped in making my decision. To top it off, I’m based in Melbourne and I have had recent surgery so getting to Geelong was extremely difficult for me, Andrew delivered the vehicle to me at a spot that was convenient for me here in Melbourne, what a service.!! My husband & I have a long relationship with Mercedes Benz Geelong & the reason for this is the outstanding service we have received over what is approaching 20 years. We live within 3kms of another dealership, but continue to drive the 2 hours to Geelong thanks to their great service department & most importantly how we continue to be so well looked after, especially by Mark Bain, after all of these years.
