Working with Zeina and the Future Habitat team through the process of selling and buying our new home, gave us access to years of industry experience and provided a sounding board for our ideas, that was invaluable and kept us on the right track to success!  Having a third party who had our interest at heart but was not 'emotionally' involved, helped us navigate the journey and make wise decisions to meet our family and investment goals.

We were referred by our good friend and financial advisor who recommended Future Habitat due to his previous success using their services. We had only recently bought our own home and realised the time required to find a good deal and to be certain of its value. The biggest benefit was the time saving, though they also found us a great investment property at good value that is bringing a fantastic rental return. They also consulted us out of a few properties which could have been poor investments. We recommend Sarah Mellish and Future Habitat we definitely got ROI and they were a pleasure to deal with.

I engaged Sarah Mellish from Future habitat to assist me with my property  purchase in Palm Beach. I  signed up for the part package as I found the home myself. Sarah helped to estable the property's  Fair Market Value and led the negotiation with the agent .  I hadn't purchased a home for more than 10 years and I was aware that much had changed . The benefits I gained from working with Sarah were  1  she understood the process and methodically made sure that we covered off all possible problems and reduced the risk of the purchase 2  She was effective in communicating with all the relevant parties eg mortgage broker and Conveyancer to ensure my purchase was prioritised and went through efficiently 3 She also  gave me clarity around the difference between the fair market Value and the price I would walk away.  Sarah made sure that she secured the best price for the property which was less than I was prepared to pay she did this with skillful negotiation and by having an established relationship with the agent.The agent seemed to know the transaction would happen with Sarah's involvement.  Buying a new home is a stressful process but having Sarah's involvement, I felt I had someone on my side to consult with who had my best interest at heart and who saved me time and money.  I highly recommend using Sarah from Future Habitat on any potential future home purchase.

Zeina has been wonderful to deal with. She understood exactly what I was after, and guided the perfect property to me. The process was easy and professional with a great outcome. I will definately use Future Habitat again.
